Where is my Box? I didn't receive it.


If you paid for your subscription, you should get an email confirming your payment and start receiving your box a month ahead. You will get a message from the courier company once your Box is on their route for delivery.

I changed my address. Will I get my package at my new address?


As long as you changed your address before 12 pm on the 20th of the month, you should receive your Box at your updated address. If you changed it after, it may be sent to the old address.
