What do I do if one or more of my products is damaged or missing?

We do our best to ensure each item is shipped in the safest possible way. However, we’ll replace any product* that is damaged while shipping or missing at no delivery charges.

Be sure to check all your box content — products for each member vary depending on the beauty profile.

*IMPORTANT Our replacement policy is good for up to 2 days after delivery so make sure you report missing or damaged item ASAP through submitting a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
