My box arrived dented; can I get a replacement?

We design and manufacture a very special box meant for multiple uses by our members in their very own creative way. Thus, if your box arrives dented or damaged because of mishandling while shipping, we will be happy to replace it after reviewing the damage level.

*Our replacement policy is good for up to 2 days after delivery so make sure you report a damaged box ASAP through submitting a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
