I purchased a product and it arrived damaged. What should I do?

We try our best to package your order in the most caring way possible for it to arrive safely. However, if a product is damaged due to courier company handling, product replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours from receiving the product in which case AVTREE will handle product replacement delivery fees.

How to submit a product exchange request?

  • Login to your AVTREE account on AVTREE.com
  • Select the ‘Support’ Tab
  • Choose ticket type as ‘AVTREE SHOP’
  • Submit your case
  • *Agents investigate your case and reply to tickets within 24-48 hours.
