I am a current member but I want to switch my subscription to a different plan?

You can change your subscription plan only through AVTREE Support. Submit a “switch my subscription plan” ticket at least 10 days before the next billing* occurs and a care center agent will be happy to assist you. *renewals occur every 1st of every month.

  • Login to your account
  • Go to Support Tab
  • Scroll down to submit a new ticket
  • Choose your ticket type “Switch My Subscription Plan”
  • In the ticket description, write down which plan you want to switch
