We always bill at the beginning of the month, so in order to receive your next box as scheduled, be sure to have accurate billing information & sufficient funds in your account by 12:00 am on the last day of the month in preparation for the upcoming month.
If payment isn’t successful on our automatic system withdrawal attempt, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues and make a manual payment through your account within 48 hours to ensure your subscription is not automatically canceled.
