Order Cancellation Requests can only occur before the order is shipped or delivered to the shipping company, in such case only bank incurred fees will be deducted from the amount paid.
If a member decides to cancel an order after it was delivered to shipping company or after it was shipped, the member will be responsible for the cost of returning the products (Courier service fees, wrapping/packaging,…etc)
